Amazon is not authorised to sell O general AC
Pathetic service by Amazon and also O general. My AC is yet to be installed after 3 months. Not bothered about customer service. O general sent a mail stating no E commerce site is allowed to sell our product and ppl who purchases on those sites wont get warranty and service.

No Ogeneral support if you buy from Amazon
Just let you know that if you buy Ogeneral Airconditioner you will not get any support from Ogeneral ie., Right from installation and product support as well.I request Amazon sort out the issue/conflict with Ogeneral first and then sell the product otherwise Amazon will lost the reputation

Worst purchase from amazon
You can purchase it from another service provider instead of amazon, amazon will not provide you full service. AC is excellent but no service has been provided by amazon.

Do not buy this product from Amazon as O general will never take any service/AMC request for your product. Amazon will only create tickets after tickets and there will be no support provided by them as well. please save money on such costly product.
