⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Pot for any Preserve Making! I bought this large pot for cooking and it turned out absolutely perfect for my fig preserve. The size is great, the heat distributes evenly, and nothing sticks to the bottom. My fig preserve came out delicious and beautiful— I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Sturdy, well made, holds lots of whatever you’re cooking. The only downside is that it is heavy, but it’s strong and that’s an acceptable trade. Also it takes a little while for my induction burner to bring it to a boil, but, again, that’s an acceptable thing for a pot that looks like it will stand up to years of service. The only time I had that issue was when I was bringing lots of water to a full boil for pasta.

First of all, this is only my third or fourth review in 12 years on Amazon. That being said, if you are looking for a pot with a heavy base and quality build, this is your pot. I ordered another pot first that showed up damaged and had to do a return but would have returned it either way considering it felt and looked cheap. Paid a little more for the Nutrichef pot but you can definitely see where the extra money is. Highly recommend

It’s nicely balanced and substantial without being heavy.

Nice looking pan and seems very sturdy and well made. But the rim is sharp, so watch out. Also, upon first receiving I noticed some dirt spots inside the pan, so I took a spritz bottle with a mild water/whitevinegar solution and spritzed the pan and wiped it with a paper towel. The spts came out but it took a long time to keep wiping it, over and over again, as the rough surface of the stainelss steel is difficult to clean, and lint from the paper towel was now on the pans surface, ...This rough surface of the stainles steel is too difficult to clean even with small spot removal using a paper towel. Would rather have a smooth rounded edge that is not sharp all around the top of the pan and a smoother not so rough finsih for easier cleaning. Pan looks sturdy, well made and good for use otherwise.

This part comes with a thick bottom, which is fantastic because it means that the heat is more even and things are less likely to stick. I’ve used it to cook a huge, huge pot of cabbage, used to cook, navy bean soup, which is thick and it didn’t stick And I’ve used it to steam crab legs. The heat distribution is fantastic. It’s an excellent value for the money, I even bought mine used from Amazon. It’s very easy to clean up and has an excellent thick lid. I can’t say enough good things about this pot.

Excellent pot for our traditional sauerkraut and ham soup. This year we fed 21 people and had a good amount left over.
