My battery life is not as good as stated & i'd like to know how to obtain the "replaceable battery" (user guide/operating instructions, pg1 - item#1

To get a longer life on the battery run it all the way down till it dies wait a minute and start the headset backup till it dies again then charge it overnight or 3 hrs which ever you want you will find out the battery will last longer if you charge it when not completely drained it will get a memory and you will only be getting 50 % of the use of it
