Mine had no affect on any k-9's
I purchased 06 / 2023. Mine had no affect on several neighbor dogs from point blank range to 10-15 feet. My own dog ignored it .??? I'm sure some work but I returned it. Should have been quality control in the process. Think I'll look for made in the U.S.A. .. being careful of the bites and snapping here in Western ILLINOIS Chris G.
