Very easy to install, nice appearance, easy to use.

First of all, the adhesive was missing. But that’s not the prblem. The problem is that this soap dispenser is poor quality. Realy poor quality. So, I start using it in December. Last month I saw it gets rusty, and more than that almost all the time is leaking some soap mixed with rust. Please check the photos. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It is a cheap product for a very good reason.

Arrived on time just installed in bathroom ,which was very easy and quick to do. Very pleased a terrific quality stainless steel product and looks fantastic.

Been using this for the last few days now. I'm using it with hand gel and was a bit concerned that it may be too thick for the nozzle as the description only mentions soap, but it works fine. The unit itself is a bit 'tin-can' like and flimsy in feel, but it looks good and the joints are fine. There were no dents, scratches or mess inside which other reviews mention. Installation was easy although you need to allow space above to slide it down straight onto the wall mount. The mounting plate screw holes are round so you have to drill reasonably accurately. They may want to consider oval holes to enable some adjustment. The locking screw is accessible by opening the fill lid. I decided not to bother locking the unit in place as it ideally needs to come off the wall to refill. It comes with fixings but no screwless option. Not a problem for me as I wouldn't want to risk it falling with 800ml's of gel as that would be heavy and messy! It's easy to use and puts out the right amount of gel with one press. I do have concerns from other reviews about leaks and the lack of an internal container, but suppose you get what you pay for. I have marked down a star as filling could have been made easier than via the small flip-slot on the top, but that may be harsh as I'm filling from a 5 litre container. I hope that's useful.

I was initially pleased with this purchase. It looks smart, easy to install and to fill. However the dispenser does not have spring action and when visitors come they do not know to pull the knob out after dispensing soap. The knob being depressed means the soap slowly drips out wasting the solution and soiling the sink. I have tried oiling the mechanism and loosening the screw that holds it in place but it doesn't make any difference.

This is all metal and exactly as it appears in the picture. There are no plastic bits with a metallic finish or anything like that. I bought one of the smaller models and I was a little worried it would be a dis-similar variant . ( I think we have all ordered something and received something 'close enough' that returning it seems a over reaction, but this is exactly as shown. It is a really nice, commercial (rather than domestic) quality item. I would recommend and buy again, if only I had a suitable place to put another.

I have used this product for 6 months and it no longer works. There is no way for me to contact the seller to request a replacement .

It looks sleek and modern, the pump work smooth. Very easy to refill.

This soap dispenser is terrible. It leaks SO bad. It's been installed for about two months now and it has been leaking terribly for the last few weeks. We have to keep a cup under it so we can pour the soap back into the dispenser. I wanted to exchange but the window to exchange is closed so now I have to deal with this until I find a better soap dispenser. This thing is TERRIBLE. I will try to take a picture and upload at a later time.
