The non alcoholic formula makes a huge difference. Most toners strip your skin and leave it feeling raw but this one actually hydrates. My face feels plump and calm after every use. The fragrance free part matters more than people think. I used to break out from toners that smelled great but were loaded with irritants. This has none of that. Just clean effective ingredients that do what they're supposed to do. Non comedogenic means it doesn't clog pores which is exactly what I need since I'm acne prone on top of being dry. It layers well under moisturizer and sunscreen without pilling or feeling heavy. The 6.8 oz bottle lasts a solid amount of time with daily use. I’ve been using this toner for a little while now and it’s been really nice for my dry/sensitive skin. The texture is slightly thicker than water, almost like a very light serum, which I actually ended up liking because it makes my skin feel softer and smoother. It absorbs pretty quickly and layers well with the rest of my skincare. The only small downside for me is that the bottle opening can dispense a little too much product if you’re not careful. Other than that, it’s been a great addition to my routine.

Finally a Cerave Toner! There are so few reasonably priced, skin-safe, gentle toners without harsh, irritating ingredients or scents. This is a well formulated, hydrating, gentle formula I love using. I've been using Cerave Micellar Water as a toner for several years. It has a high niacinamide content and can burn and sting. This toner does not burn and sting like the Cerave Micellar Water. So if that did not agree with your skin due to the high niacinamide, this one should be okay as it does not have the high niaciniamide that can burn and sting the skin. I'm going to switch to this toner vs using the Micellar Water as toner (still will use after washing though as micellar water). This is a super gentle formula that should not sting or burn your skin unless it has underlying issues or sensitivity to the ingredients. I have very sensitive skin and tolerate it very well. It's more of a light hydrating toner vs cleansing or astringent type. It's nice by itself or layered under moisturizer or sunscreen. It doesn't make other products rub off on top of it or apply badly. It's not going to be the sole or only hydration for normal to dry skinned folks, but for some oily or combo skin folks it might be just enough to add light hydration. It has no fragrance, the texture is watery as expected and it applies easily. It can be just a touch sticky for a moment on the skin until it dries fully, but doesn't leave the skin feeling sticky. Nor does it leave the skin feeling irritated, itchy, burny or "tight" feeling. It feels soothing on the skin. I highly recommend it and will continue using it.

This works very well it does what a toner should do. Very nice and does not leave any kind of residue or stickiness on your face. Works great on my sensitive skin as well.
