I bought the AmazerBath Shower Mat for my dad’s bathtub because I wanted something safer for him and my mom, and it has worked really well. The 40 x 16 inch size fits the tub nicely and provides good coverage without bunching up. The suction cups hold securely to the tub surface, and the mat stays in place during showers. I was worried about slipping before, especially with soap and shampoo buildup, but this mat adds a lot more stability and confidence. The textured surface feels comfortable underfoot too. I also like the drain holes because water doesn’t pool on top, so it dries faster and feels cleaner between uses. The clear blue color looks nice and blends well with the bathroom without being too noticeable. Cleaning is simple — I just rinse it and hang it to dry occasionally. Overall, this is a great value for the price and an easy way to make the bathroom safer for children, elderly family members, or anyone who wants extra slip protection.

This product is reasonably priced and good size to cover most of our bath tub. We bought this for the non-slip feature, and it works OK for adults taking bath. However, the surface is a little too slippery for small children. We had our 2/12 year old grandson taking bath on this mat, and he slipped and hit his head on the side when he tried to stand up. It seems to me that the cause of this is his weight. I was testing with my fingers and felt that my fingers slipped easiyly when I applied low pressure to the surface. I am looking for another mat for his next visit.
