hello! i have 2 questions. the first one is does it come with english insturctions and also what type of glue do i use? thanks in advance!

Use crafting glue. It will give you some time to make adjustments if you made a mistake, but sticky and fast drying enough to hold. Crafting glue will also work on the dust cover.

Who do I contact for a missing part?

Contact the seller for missing parts, they should send replacements:)
