Is the filter inside the one way valve paper or plastic on this mask?

There is a HEPA style filter (which is a gauze material) inside the valve. This material can not be cleaned and disinfected without destroying the efficacy of the filter. That is why valves are not reusable. You risk cross contamination when reusing, attempting to sanitize or removing the filter from the valves.

What is the size of case?

Measuring the case next to me. 5 3/4 inches tall 4 1/2 inches wide 2 inches thick/deep

Is the one way valve replaceable?

Yes, you need to replace it after each use as per the instructions. It removes easily.
