Shoulder Exercise Pulley
The pulley system works well, has a decent bearing, and the handles are grippy and comfortable. It allows her to go though the motion routines that the physical therapist recommended. She is recovering nicely and thos pulley system is a helpful tool in that process.

My physical therapist actually looked this up on Amazon and printed it out for me to buy. I had surgery for frozen shoulder, a condition I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This involves a lot of exercises that while unpleasant, do help me regain range of motion. This is quite similar to the pulley at the PT's office. It hooks up easily to a doorway and doesn't require any special equipment so is easy for the average user. I can't comment on other pulleys, but I do think that since my physical therapist recommended this model, it must be good.

8 weeks post shoulder joint replacement. Physio recommended to buy this type to help me with my rehab. I choose this this one. I found a great help, its good quality and value for money.
