Daeng Gi Meo Ri Korean Herbal Hair Dye Color Cream, Dark Brown

After using this hair dye for about 6 months, I can honestly say it’s one of the best switches I’ve made for my hair. Before this, I had been using a L’Oréal hair dye that I had always loved back in my home country. Unfortunately, the version I bought in the U.S. caused my scalp to become itchy, flaky, and covered in red spots after coloring my hair. I decided to look for a gentler alternative and came across this Korean herbal hair dye. I’ve always had good experiences with Korean hair products, so I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. Not only have all of my scalp issues disappeared, but my hair actually looks healthier than before. It’s shiny, soft, and the color comes out beautifully every time. I also love that the included brush makes application incredibly easy. You simply apply the product with the brush, comb it through your hair, and before you know it, it’s ready to rinse. The whole process feels much quicker than other dyes I’ve used. Another bonus is that one box lasts me two full applications, even though my hair is very long (down to my waist), which makes it a great value. Pros: * No more itchy, flaky scalp or redness * Beautiful, even gray coverage * Leaves my hair soft and shiny * Fast processing time * Easy-to-use application brush included * One box lasts for two uses on waist-length hair Cons: * The smell is a little strong while applying it, but it’s temporary and something I got used to after the first couple of uses.

Just tried this today and it worked so well! The kit came with everything needed — gloves, dye, and a plastic covering to put around your neck for protection. It was very simple to mix and my hair felt surprisingly smooth/healthy after rinsing it out!

I am allergic to a lot of hair dyes but this one doesn’t bother me.

Tried this product for the first time and am impressed. Color coverage is better than the products I have used previously. Also, less to no scalp itch. Need less time than most dyes to get the color. Great for root cover though I tried full coverage( and worked well). The only con atm is that it smells awful when mixed. But better results than other dyes. Will definitely continue using

I have been using this product for about a year. It looks great, though it is a bit dark. It looks black but when sunlight hits it you can see the brown. It leaves my hair extremely soft especially when paired with the shampoo. I've had no allergic reaction or burns, don't let those comments scare you too much, if you are concerned do a test patch. I love this hair dye and will continue to use it.

It’s soft and very good grey coverage, but not dark brown, it’s definitely shiny black. I wish I bought light brown instead if dark brown.

I found this at a bin store about 2 years ago for a couple bucks so I decided to buy it for my grandma who is very self conscious of her grey hairs. She’s been using it ever since. Of course the actual price is a bit more than the average dye but we both really like that the containers are resealable. You only use what you need and can keep the rest for later. She has thick, curly dark brown hair and it’s been the only product she uses to keep up with her greys. We also really like the natural ingredients. She mentioned it doesn’t smell like chemicals and it doesn’t stain the skin as bad.

I am extremely sensitive to hair products and color, which is why I’m always on the hunt to find natural ones. Korean products are always the best, which is what first attracted me to this one. I’ve used it a few times and it’s perfect. This is the Dark Brown one.
