In the little place you pour the Rinse Aid - in place of that?** A: I put it in the detergent receptacle, and put the pod in the bottom of the dishwasher. I also use the Lemi Shine rinse aid. Works great! **Q: I have very hard water, I believe from area wells. My glassware now has a brownish tint. Will this help?** A: Lemi Shine is absolutely wonderful in hard water. Usually though, hard water shows up as a cloudy film on glassware. IDK about brownish tint. I would suggest though that you try some, the sooner the better, and see. I would get the Lemi Shine machine cleaner first. Then you would know that it was not being caused by anything in the machine itself. Then go ahead with the additive right after. If it is hard water you will be amazed at the difference and each load will get your glassware more clear and sparkly. AND there is no harsh chemicals, its done with lemon crystals.
