First, they have addressed the brush, which is now rounded so that the application can naturally get nice and close to the cuticle area for a smooth look. It dries very quickly and the color builds up very nicely with multiple coats. With one coat, you get that beautiful frosted look but you can see your natural nail through it at a certain angle. Add a second coat and you're much more opaque with that beautiful, elegant frosty pearl hue. There is the usual smell from polish, which I have no problem with, but if you do, just make sure that you're working in a well ventilated area. It applies in a lovely, smooth coat so that the 'frost' effect is even and smooth, which is what I always look for when I'm doing ANY manicure, regardless the color(s) that I'm using.
