Where are the napkins manufactured? Thanks!

There is no manufacturer's info on the package.

Hi Again! I asked if they came in the package already folded and got two different answers...anyone clarify please?

They are folded into a square, just like the picture.

Do these come packaged in plastic?

Dear Customer, Yes they come wrapped in plastic. Best Regards, Pleminnyk Trading

Are these 2 ply or 3 ply?

One ply. And pretty thin. They're absorbance, so that's a plus, but I've gone through several eating fried foods. I doubt I'll get them again.
