I only use life extension. I have autoimmune issues. Gut issues from it. Great for histamine resistance , gut and inflammation in the gut. Not about the energy . Excellent for acid reflux, gerd on histamine related food and wine. No side effects . Easy to swallow .

It works very well for me, value for the money felt reasonable to me. It did not mess with my stomach or anything like that. I have taken L-Theanine products for years to manage stress and I do like these because they are extended release and seem to last me through the night. Focus wise it calms the overthinking thoughts to where I can focus on what I need to get done. Next time I order some more I’m going to get a bigger bottle.

Very helpful for everyday undiagnosed and unmanaged anxiety. I take half a capsule during the day when I start feeling overwhelmingly anxious and it helps me a lot.

Great for stress, it really seems to help calm you down. I had no adverse side effects taking it and then taking it for over 60 days. Great product.

Why did you choose this product over others?: This is a high quality and strong dose of L-theanine. The dose is far too strong and potent for me but some people might find that to be a good thing. It is very sedating. If I use it I need to break it in half. It's so strong that I don't use it very often but it's good to have on hand just in case.
