Can I ran a 4 amp ac air conditioning unit with this? (Using a inverter of course)

It depends, how long for.
If the AC unit uses 4 Amps at 110v, that gives you 440 watts.
The battery provides +-13 volts under load, so divide 440 watts by 13 volts gives you +-34 amps of current draw from the battery by the inverter to run the AC unit at 110 volts.

So you could get 2.5 hours of AC use, with a small safety margin before battery must be completely recharged.

But you may see additional efficiency loss from inverter and the ac may require more than 4 amps under certain conditions.

So it would probably be safe to run for no longer than 2 hours on constant use, before completely recharging the battery.

Question 2

Can you use the 14.6v 10a dedicated lifepo4 battery charger to charge this battery? it's a powerqueen charger for my 100ah bettery.

Yes any lifepo4 battery charger should be able to charge any lifepo4 battery as long as the voltage is supported by the charger.  You can charge a 12vlt battery with a 12vlt charger but you can't charge a 24vlt battery with a 12vlt charger unless the charger specifically supports 12-24vlt batteries.  The Amp Hour rating of the battery will only affect the amount of time it will take to charge the battery, the higher the rating the longer it will take to charge.

This battery has no internal heating function yet. We recommend the operating temperature as follows: Charge: 0°C--50°C/32° F to 122°F; Discharge: -20°C--60°C/-4° F to 140° F.

Question 4

Do i need any special bms to put 2x200ah batteries in parallel charging them with solar panels and mppt controller?

Our 12.8V 200Ah battery has built-in 100A BMS. You could connect 2x200ah batteries in parallel connection to get a 12.8V 400Ah battery system, and you could charge this battery system by MPPT with solar panels. Pls kindly mention that the charging voltage of the MPPT should be set to 14.4V~14.6V.
