If it’s something you dreamed of having, then go for it
This isn’t something you buy because you need it. This is something you buy because you want it. It’s expensive for what you really get, it’s nice, it does what it should, people say wow. Relatively easy to install. It was an additional $600 the plumber & electrician to do their parts. I made sure to wait for a significant price drop on Amazon to buy.

Has a design flaw.
We love it but it has a design flaw. See my photo. I get it…it’s a ‘bottle filler’ but it also works to full cups of water in our kitchen too. The designers put the sensor too %#^#ing high UNNECESSARILY. No reason for it!!!! That’s why we have a hockey puck sitting on it. Sometimes engineers are dummies.
