I had contacted Prowinch's customer service numerous time though email and phone. We have done all the trouble shoots and requests as per the request of Prowinch including video of the non functioning equipment. Now we were told to send the heavy piece of equipment back on our own expense, we are needing to set up a hoist very quickly and we are forced to basically purchase another hoist elsewhere. I do not see us getting the refund back.
