Very pleasantly surprised!
I am not a fan of gummies generally, but these taste good, and I am happy to report they do give you a good energy boost. I was looking for something to motivate me and these absolutely have done the trick. Also, sidebar-I have very dry skin on my hands and I've noticed a marked improvement in elasticity and appearance so that is a HUGE bonus. I've not lost any sleep or felt any kind of jitters. In fact, it has helped with sleep, a better quality. IDK. I just know I feel 100% better since I've been taking these for just a few days and they've highly motivated me back to my exercise routine! I highly recommend them.

Helps either energy.
I use it instead of energy drinks.which are way too expensive. It helps with my fatigue. I use it to increase B 12. Useful. Tasty. Just one recommendation. I couldn’t open it. I got a neighbors help. He had a hard time too. I discovered you have to push down and twist, but the instructions to push down were white on white. Put it in black and keep it on the top. Just make it easy to see!

These taste great and work well
These work really well and taste good gives a good boost of energy but I was doubling it with a B12 drink and when I got blood tests it might B12 was too high, I thought because B12 was water soluble you couldn't really overdose so I alternate between these or the drink instead of both. In the hot summer months they ship it with ice packs so they don't melt. Can't say it's helped with any weight loss but it does help with energy.

Good taste but clumps
I have been using these for over 3 years now. Not sure why I keep buying them, I have never noticed a change in energy, but the vitamins can't hurt to have. They have a good taste. The reason for the three stars is because every single jar I have bought the gummies are clumped at the bottom and are hard to not only reach, but hard to get apart as well. Sometimes they tear and I only get a part of a serving. Doesn't matter the date on the bottle, they are clumped together. I have had the same problem with the hair, nails and skin gummy I use, but only one bottle of those have been clumped.

gamechanger!!
i normally don't write reviews but these gummies were a game changer for me. i felt an energy boost all day at school and i normally get tired around 10 am after activities but with these gummies i am able to stay energized late at night when I study. i was able to pull an all nighter using the gummies without using energy drinks!
