Helps either energy.
I use it instead of energy drinks.which are way too expensive. It helps with my fatigue. I use it to increase B 12. Useful. Tasty. Just one recommendation. I couldn’t open it. I got a neighbors help. He had a hard time too. I discovered you have to push down and twist, but the instructions to push down were white on white. Put it in black and keep it on the top. Just make it easy to see!

These taste great and work well
These work really well and taste good gives a good boost of energy but I was doubling it with a B12 drink and when I got blood tests it might B12 was too high, I thought because B12 was water soluble you couldn't really overdose so I alternate between these or the drink instead of both. In the hot summer months they ship it with ice packs so they don't melt. Can't say it's helped with any weight loss but it does help with energy.

These gummies are fantastic. I noticed more energy and less lethargy the first time I took them. Normally around 3 pm I am tired and want to take a nap. When I use these, I'm rearing to go all day long. Plus they taste great. Very happy with this purchase and I will buy them again.

No change in energy
I didn’t really notice a difference in my energy levels, I have been taking these for months now. They do taste good though! Due to not feeling any difference I probably wouldn’t buy these again. However everyone is different so what didn’t work for me might work for you.
