I bought this product August 7, 2016. Before I bought this I had adult acne for 15 years. At this time of this writing I am 40 years old. This is not teenage acne. I saw every doctor, took pills, did all they had to offer and nothing helped. I tried expensive acne products, cheap acne products, nothing helped. During all of this time I also had stomach/digestive issues that went on for years. They labeled it IBS. I had all kinds of tests done, biopsy's, blood work, scans, my gall bladder was removed, tried different over the counter pills, prescription pills, nothing helped my stomach. I eventually ended up on a strict Paleo diet, where I cut out all dairy, all grains, some vegetables, and sugars. My abdomen was bloated and uncomfortable all the time. I even went to the ER a few times over it. I took a ton of different vitamins trying to get some kind of order in my whole system, but that actually made things worse. I didn't realize that until I stopped taking all the vitamins. My life was miserable all the way around. I couldn't eat, because food hurt my stomach, my face was broken out horribly all the time, nothing and I do mean nothing worked. I had a couple of doctors tell me my acne was a hormonal imbalance, but nothing was done about it. I recently started seeing an aesthetician and she told me the same thing, my face was breaking out due to a hormonal imbalance. I decided to buy this Female Complex and give it a try. I didn't even take it right away. I stopped taking all of my vitamins and everything for 3 weeks to clean up my system to see if that would help. It did a little bit, but not completely. I started taking the complex 2.5 weeks ago from the day of this writing. Within 4 days my acne was clearing up significantly. Within 1.5 weeks I ate bread, real bread! Not Paleo bread, but bread made with wheat and nothing happened to me. I didn't get sick or bloated at all! My bloating has gone down, my acne is almost gone, and it is all because of this product. I do not know how or why it worked so well for me, but it did. I recommend anyone who is going through the same issues I was to give this product a try and see if it helps. It takes time, as I am still careful on what I eat, I am still taking the complex, and it took me years to get to where I am, I don't expect to be healed 100% in 2.5 weeks, but I feel better and I greatly appreciate this product!!

I have never had a regular period naturally until now. I'm 23, and for almost a decade I've had irregular periods, mood swings, and also suffered with hormonal acne. Usually I just stay on birth control to keep my period predictable, but my skin started breaking out and my mood was SCARY bad. I researched and found out a lot of women can experience crazy moods while on the pill, so I decided to ditch it after completing the pack I was on. I was pretty nervous considering the acne and mood swings that I expected would follow, and I had also grown accustomed to knowing when my period will come, so I researched this product. I'll have to be completely honest, km not sure if the change in my mood had more to do with these pills or quitting birth control, but I finally feel like my old self again. Things interest me again, I've gained energy, a more positive outlook, and I've even been less anxious in social situations. I am pretty sure these pills helped my skin stay clear and today....for the first time ever without birth control, I started my period exactly on time!! I'm pretty sure some of you can understand my excitement if you've ever had to deal with wearing panty liners for weeks in anticipation of your period. Now, I did break out right before my period. I thought maybe the supplement stopped working or that maybe it never did and I was just now getting the results of quitting the pill. But now that I started, I completely understand why I've had acne the past couple days and I won't blame this product for a natural response to my cycle. All in all, if your only reason for taking birth control is to regulate your periods, I highly recommend ditching them and switching to this. I've felt so much healthier this past month.

OK. I got my tubes tied. Since I've had long painful periods. Honestly the doctors solution would be birthcontrol to balance out my hormones. We'll I did this. First month I got my period was awful on this. Second month it was like after a year and a half of horrible periods I was back to normal. It took awhile to balance me out. I did go through acne weird things with my body getting adjusted to it. But I don't regret it. This saved me from literally getting a hysterectomy cause I was done with having a period for life. But now it's manageable and isn't ruining my life.

I have had an obvious hormone imbalance since the birth of my daughter. I just wanted to try some supplements to see if that line of treatment would be worthwhile. The price and good reviews on these seemed like a great place to start, and they have been. The effects were gradual, so I didn’t really notice the difference until I stopped taking them on accident. I just forgot for several days, and it stopped being a part of my daily routine. Suddenly, my cystic acne came back with a vengeance and my skin got very dry again. I quickly realized then only change I had made was neglecting to take these supplements. I think a more comprehensive female supplement would be beneficial, but I’m going to finish this bottle before I try something else. I would highly recommend!

Coincidence?? I've been trying to conceive for almost 3 years. I bought hundreds of ovulation tests and always tried to make the best out of "surge time" but all with no baby. I purchased these after seeing the reviews but wasn't getting my hopes up. I had the bottle for about a week before I took one. I guess I didn't expect them to work so wasn't in too big a hurry to take them. I took 1 pill and forgot about them until a week later when getting some meds for my son and saw them in the cabinet I took another one. It's now 1 week later and I haven't taken any more since then. I started having the usual pre-period break outs so expected to start any day but for some reason I had this unexplainable feeling that maybe I could be pregnant & decided to take a preg test. I've taken numerous pregnancy tests all came out negative so expected yet another negative- UNTIL THIS MORNING! I'm finally pregnant!! I just left doc to verify. I get really painful swollen acne cysts. I've been to a dermatologist and my only hope was to stay on antibiotics for an extended period of time. I didn't like that at all so I would try to manage with drying lotions every time I would get more acne. That was no longer working and the acne was getting so painful and swollen that it hurt just to make certain facial expressions. :( It was difficult to hide my issue with make up and dealing with it everyday I believe was just making it worse as my hormones were going crazy from the stress! I looked up natural ways to help myself and I come across this and it helped so much! I had ran out and stopped taking it for about 2 weeks and I had a horribly swollen breakout so I quickly ordered another bottle and I will make sure not to run out again! This has helped to improve my mood so much as well probably because of balancing my hormones. Right before that time of the month I normally can't even stand myself because of my raging mood Lol so I can only imagine what my family feels about me during that time... This has helped me to feel like a normal person again. I don't normally review things but hopefully this will help some other poor acne sufferer to make the right decision and buy this so they don't have to suffer no more! :)

I switched to this complex because my usual supplement was discontinued. From this one I expected to help me with my sore breasts and my back pain. No it did not help me with my acne but I did not expect it to. So, after a month it helped me with my back but not my breasts. I won't reorder.

I was on bioidenticle hormone replacement for 10 years. My naturopath told me I should get off of them and suggested a product by another company with the exact same ingredients as these. Bioidenticals got rid of my hot flashes about 90%. I would get at least one a day. But with the supplement she recommended, it got rid of them completely. All the money wasted over those years. Anyway, I went to order it one day and it was on back order, so I looked on Amazon and found this product with the exact same ingredients and cheaper. I’ve been buying it ever since and works just as good.
