We usually buy Stevia at a big box store but they were all out. I don't use it but my wife does to help manage her blood sugar levels. Other than being in a slightly different package to our usual Stevia, she says it tastes the same as usual. We prefer Stevia products over other sweeteners because this is all natural product. without harmful chemicals. When we were using the artificial sweeteners, they had a nasty chemical aftertaste, led to upset stomach pain and it was not very pleasant to use. I'm not sure the packets contain the same amount of product in each packet as I've had to add a couple more packets to achieve the same taste for my wife. It seems to mix up just the same as other Stevia products and appears consistent across the packets we've tried, so it's likely the sugar content is a little lower in each packet than the ones we've used in the past. I really liked the amount of packets in the box and the price. It was significantly less expensive than the big box store and I got it delivered to the house at no extra charge with Prime. Overall, if you need a natural sugar alternative, this is a good choice.

In terms of sweetness, Pure Via does a pretty good job. It's slightly above average in terms of sweetness, so you don't need to use a ton of it to get the desired level of sweetness in your coffee or tea. I find that a little goes a long way, which is great because it means this big container will last even longer. One thing I really like about Pure Via is that it dissolves really well. Unlike some other sweeteners I've tried in the past, this one doesn't leave any gritty or clumpy residue in my beverages. It blends in smoothly, so you don't even notice it's there. I also appreciate that Pure Via is made from stevia, which is a more natural sweetener option. It doesn't have that chemical taste that some artificial sweeteners can have. It's a good choice if you're trying to cut down on calories and sugar without sacrificing taste. Overall, the Pure Via Stevia Sweetener has been a solid purchase for me. It's simple, effective, and affordable. While it may not be the most mind-blowing sweetener out there, it gets the job done without any fuss. Ordered a small box of this product, to try it re taste, use, etc. With some of these sweeteners, I have to use 4 packets, but with Pure Stevia, I only use 3 of them, which makes this reasonable price even better, as I use this at home, and bring the packets to work with me each day, too. No after taste at all, and I can use it on cereal to sweeten lightly, too. Never overpowering. I ordered the large box since the first trial went well, and will continue to; this is the best price for Stevia that I have found, whether online or in stores!

Sweet with no aftertaste

On the positive side: Since I contracted pancreatitis, I've had to reduce my sugar intake. I'm still having to get used to the slight aftertaste of stevia, but it's a healthier option than Splenda or other artificial sweeteners. I've also found out that sucralose will eventually change into sugar in your body, so even though it tastes better, it's not better for you. I think that this product is one of the better tasting Stevia products that I've tried. The box has a convenient, easy-to-close tab. On the negative side: This USED to be the best value for stevia at 800 packets per box. HOWEVER, the price went up from about $18 per box to over $32 per box in a single month. That really misses me off that they jumped up so much when everything is costing 20-50% more these days. I'm changing to the 1000 packet box and will refill the easy tab box I have until it falls apart. That's why I removed a star. SUGGESTED USE: After cutting back on sugary soft drinks, I've found that I can add about 4-6 packets of the PURE VIA stevia to the flavored seltzer is a healthier soda option and guilt-free.

Some packets were empty but I still buy this

very little taste, just sweetness. Does NOT have a vanilla taste like other stevia products do which is important in my tea with lemon.

This is great sweetener. It tastes the same as the brand name version, The great news is the price. It can’t be beat. It’s a great value. Highly recommend.

Great product, better price than any store

I don’t use sugar. They stopped carrying this in stores and it’s the only one that I found that tastes good in tea. Thank you Amazon for carrying it.
