Hand Shower handle issues
. Product Issue โ Immediate Attention Required The 3โ cord has detached from the shower handle, and the black hose responsible for water flow has developed a leak, making the unit completely unusable. This is a critical failure that occurred shortly after purchase. Please advise on next steps for a prompt replacement or refund. Iโd appreciate a swift resolution.

Sleek, modern, and works great!
LOVE!! This shower system is sleek & modern. It works great and really elevates my new glassed-in shower. The wand gives a nice, strong blast of water too!
