Do not know. I just ran wires as a whole to side of Jeep.

Is enough wire provided for installation of back up lights on rear bumper of extended cab Tundra?

If you’re wiring from the main battery, probably not. These lights are not very bright, more like daytime running lights.

What size hole must be drilled to attach the supplied switch?

On the inside under hood on the drivers side firewall is a rubber plug about halfway down. You can pull it and run switch through it. Very easy. I took plug and drilled cable size hole and cut slit to center and ran cable in the hole and put the plug back on so it keeps any water that might blow back under hood. Not that water would but just to recover hole. Worked nice, Ran switch up beside steering wheel. Worked great. Erin is my wife but its my jeep so I did this.
