Review: Great prop - Great for content creation. It's not the best quality, but it looks very accurate to generic slateboards, and it's pretty cheap. Great prop!
Review: Awesome prop. - We bought this to use as a photo booth prop at my daughter's 13th birthday party. It was absolutely perfect for this purpose. It's not very big - approximately 8 in x 7.5 inches. It also feels like you cold use chalk to write on it, though we didn't. We actually used a white paint pen and filled it out with my daughter's name, etc. It turned out really cute. The kids and adults all loved it because it's one of those things we had all seen on television but not in person. I would caution that it does not feel too durable so I doubt it would survive a lot of rough wear. After her party, my daughter asked if she could hang it in her room as a momento of her party, so my husband attached picture fram hangers on the thicker striped parts and hung it up on her room with the bar slightly open (as it appears in the photograph) and it's super cute. For photo booths, room decorations, or a Hollywod-themed party decoration, it would be a perfect prop at a cheap price.

A: Yes, but with chalk only. It fully erases.

**Q: What to do if it is damaged during transportation**
A: Return it?

**Q: Can the striped part move or kind of clap like how directors use it?**
A: Yes, it articulates like you'd hope!  Fun for would-be directors.

**Q: Does it really work?**
A: depends what you want it for. I got it as a gog gift and it was fine for a laugh. As far as constantly using, not sure it will work for that. It is cheap, and made cheap-but all depends on your intended purpose
