No, only what you see in the picture.

Is it actually dishwasher safe?

Yes. I have washed mine in the dishwasher several times. Just be careful nothing can knock into it. I love mine!

How do you wash this as it has got folds?

I put soapy water in it, cover the opening with my palm and shake it around. I don’t store milk in it, just use it for brunch or tea with friends so it doesn’t get caked with anything.
