Where can I buy only the ac adapter?

you will have to buy a multi adapter with adjustable voltage

Is this air on demand?

Once connected to your airbrush after a few seconds it will stop and when you press the trigger you get air then the compressor kicks back in and continues to produce air until you stop. Mine compressor worked for a few hours and stopped and won’t produce any air pressure. Hope this helps

Will this fit my airbrush that needs a 1/8 thread size. Mixed answers and reviews on here is making it confusing. Some saying it's 1/8 some saying 1/4

Just buy a Conversion kit there about £7. I use a ultra 2.0 and iwata revolution cr and a cheap airbrush and all of them fit without the kit.

What air gun can I get for this for also blowing clean electronics . As well as spray painting ?

I bought the cheapest air gun on Amazon and it came with different sized connectors what fit most air compressors. But this compressor stopped working after a few hours and won’t produce and air. For spray painting if you mean a airbrush it will fit
