## Questions & Answers

**Q: My gas lift keeps sinking, how do I get the seller to replace it?**
A: Just find the seller info on the product page and get in touch with them asking if they can replace the part. I'd recommend putting your order number in the message.

**Q: Does the back adjust independently from the base?**
A: No - it is a fixed position but there is an adjustable support within the chair back that can be adjusted. I bought of one of these chairs for myself at work and it is quite frankly the best office chair I have ever had and it replaces one that cost over £600. In fact, it is so good that I then was asked to purchase a further three chairs for my office colleagues. I am sure you will not have a problem with the comfort or the support it offers.

**Q: How much time it takes to deliver to ireland**
A: Amazon is solely responsible for the delivery of goods. According to official instructions, the delivery time limit is 2-4 days.

**Q: Does this chair tilt to the back to relax a bit from work ?**
A: Yes it does
