I have two pairs, quality is good for the price. I’m 5’9”, 34 waist. First pair was a medium and was a good fit with some compression. Size chart recommends a large, so ordered a large for second pair thinking it’d be more comfortable, but it’s too loose around mid section and around ankle. Will go back to medium.

Sizing was spot on. I ordered an XL (6ft, 200llbs) waist 35. Pants are notably well padded. I have purchased other cycling clothing from Sponeed over the years with few issues.

The shame is that these are almost ok. They are great for leaving early in the morning and chilly but will warm up. They have zippers on the bottom of each leg which makes them easy to put on and take off. Zippers also can adjust airflow. The BAD....the waste has no way to tighten it. As you ride, even walk and very short distance, they pants are falling down. NO GOOD
