The bag I got from the medical supply company only had 1 strap, so it was really uncomfortable to wear. However, since this backpack has 2 shoulder straps (one for each shoulder) and then 1 strap for across your chest, I'm no longer subjected to shoulder pain and struggle with swapping shoulders with my old. Great, durable and stylish backpack for portable tank
I looked for awhile before settling on this backpack and I have to say I chose well. Its got a nice shape, fits well in the small of my wife's back and is a slim design. Red colour is a nice touch. I was worried it wouldn't ventilate enough but it is has several holes that work well for that. It's got a velcro strap that wraps around the tank and secures it. A plastic bottom provides support for the tank and the bottom of the pack has four plastic "nibs" as feet to allow it to stand up, although that depends really on how well you balance the tank We've had it for months and it performs perfectly. Highly recommend.

Gave me the freedom of using two hands again!
I am suffering from lung and heart complications from Long Haul Covid and on oxygen 24-7 so I always had to pull a cart with a O2 tank or a shoulder/hand bag with a portable O2 tank which meant I always had one hand holding onto my oxygen all the time, especially away from my home. I met another patient while picking up O2 tanks and he was wearing this product. I was Godsmacked! He told me about this Amazon product and I came home and purchased it right away. With it I can bring in groceries, lift boxes, help with household chores. I may even try to go bowling (lol), or snow skiing (lol), well.... I can at least go fishing and be able to do things I haven't been able to do in the last year and a half. Great product. Even holds my wallet in a pocket, and my phone in another so I take it everywhere. I highly recommend to anyone struggling on oxygen to buy this product. It will change your life. JW
