Just ordered to help out my rv camshaft, can i re use stock retainers/shims or do i need to upgrade those too?

The answer depends on the age of the engine. The shims are reusable if you cannot see grooves cut into them. The retainers are probably fine but the little keepers should be replaced at a minimum. An inexpensive part that if fails it will destroy your engine and a fun weekend out. Also consider the low cost of replacing the parts that you have asked about. This of course is a great time to replace valve seals too. And, Roller tip rockers will almost completely eliminate valve guide ware.

Will these work on 87-95 gm tbi 350 heads 193 cast number?

Yeah I have a 93 Chevy Silverado 5.7 tbi

will these valve springs work with a stage 3 cam

As long as you not exceeding the max lift of the spring.
