I've been dyeing my hair this color for over a year now and I have no plans of switching any time soon. Naturally, I have light brown hair, so I can just put this dye all over it and it turns out a really great red that fades into a darker shade as it fades (though I've never had it turn any other color/disappear/etc.). If you have any other color hair, I have no clue how it would affect that, honestly. It always comes out so smooth and nice after dyeing my hair, I've never had any damage from this dye. I love the hair mask that comes with it to use after rinsing the dye (use cool/cold water). No additional shampoo/conditioner needed. The dye itself is orange and will dye everything except your hair orange (Not sure why it shows up orange and not the same red shade as it dyes your hair but idk i'm not a scientist). I will say, due to trial and error, being entirely nude is the best way to dye your hair. This stuff can and WILL STAIN. EVERYTHING. Any clothes you wear will most likely end up with dye stains on them. Good lord, I accidentally touched the wall with my glove while dyeing my hair the latest time and the handprint is still there. If you're doing your eyebrows with the dye too (not recommended. it says on the package not to do it but I still do it anyway. i do not endorse others trying this, but if you still are going to, please take my advice.) I would not recommend applying it with a spoolie brush. I did this once and the spoolie seemed to absorb most of the dye and left my eyebrows looking patchy and weird. The best way I've found is just using your index finger with the glove still on (you can take it off for accuracy, but your finger will be orange lol) and very carefully applying it to your eyebrows then wiping away the excess (as it will stain your entire forehead orange and it will last days. trust me.). I re-dye my hair about every month or so, only because my roots grow out and become noticeable. If you have slower growing hair, you could probably get away with dyeing it even less frequently. Personally I don't use shampoo/conditioner made for colored hair, but I haven't found that makes too much of a difference. Overall, I really love this dye! But do be careful when applying as it stains (and reeks...). :)

My hair has been just about every shade of red you can imagine (from orangey strawberry blonde to deep burgundy) and this is hands-down the best color I have tried. This distinctive shade has gotten me tons of complements from friends, strangers and even my stylist (plus the rest of the staff at the salon!). Unlike most red shades that fade to orange or brown, this particular series has amazing staying power. The only reason to do a touch-up is to cover my roots! A few things to note... (1) My hair is naturally a darker blonde/light brown and looks about a shade brighter than the model on the box when freshly dyed. From what I know of others experiences with this shade, it is best suited for those whose natural hair color is medium blonde to medium brown. Those with dark hair tend to find that the color is less noticeable (often only showing up clearly in sunlight), unless they first lighten their hair. (2) This dye tends to run, A LOT. During the coloring process, and for the next few showers, it is not uncommon for the water to run a pale red/pink. This is due to the extra pigmentation they give this dye to penetrate darker hair-colors and does not mean that your hair color is noticeably fading (NOTE: Using cooler water will minimize the amount of pigment washing out). I have been using this color for over a year now and have seen no visible change in the color as a result of this wash-out, but leaking color does tend to lead to issue 3... (3) Allowing wet hair to come into contact with fabric can lead to ruined towels, sheets or clothing. If you want to avoid having your bathroom look like a murder scene, make sure to designate a particular towel as a "hair towel" and be sure to bring it with you if you are travelling (you don't want to ruin friends'/family's/hotels' towels accidentally). Similarly, you will want to make sure to properly dry your hair during the first week or two before dressing in light colors or laying on light furniture/pillows. (NOTE: the dye does seem to come out for the most part in the wash, assuming you do not saturate the fabric, so hope is not lost if you accidentally stain something). I have been a Garnier Nutrisse devote for a long time, because their hair-dyes (and the conditioner they include in the kits) actually leave my hair feeling/looking healthier than they did before. As compared to their other similar hues, this dye has had spectacular staying power and seems to look the most "natural" despite its vibrant shade. Even professional stylists have asked where I've had my hair colored, because they cannot believe that it comes out of a box!

This was the perfect dye for me. Trying to go blonde and couldn’t get an even shade so I decided to go red and this gave me the perfect dark cherry red. So my hair was a warm Carmel blonde and I used ruby noir by Schwarzkopf which made my hair too dark, so I let them fade to a medium orangish red and waited a week or two before coloring again. In between I used color depositing hair mask, xmondo 5r to keep them red until I wanted to dye them again. This turned out beautifully. And it made my hair feel great I will always use this. Very impressed by there red shades.

My go to color. I have never been "faithful" to one exact color and brand. But, after decades of inconsistencies, I KNOW and get what I want. I have this on consistent delivery, and I hope Nutrisse never changes the formula. As I will be lost. My red hair is part of my identity. It matters. You will love this product IF you: want a bold, true red color that lasts (see third picture as this is my color after weeks of daily washing) want hair that shines in the sun; If you don't mind having strangers compliment your color. You might not like this product: If you are looking for hints of burgundy. If you want the STOP SIGN RED, but i think you already know that. What is worth mentioning: My hair is naturally light. I have a gray patch on my bangs and the color is a smidge lighter. You most likely wont see it though. It just gives my hair more debth, so I love it.

Color was very red more so than wanted. Bought medium intense red....Garnier Nutriesse. Has many different options of colors. Stays in for 7 -8 weeks. Does color gray but is lighter than rest of hair color. Dye rinses out with each shampooing. And can dye your fiberglass shower/bathtub.so rinse tub throughly. Use dark towels or will dye towels when drying hair. But product let's you know that. Ledt in Haiti for 40 minutes. Instead of 30 min. I think that helped to make color last to 7 weeks.

I really loved this hair dye! The quality is excellent, and the color came out beautiful and even. It was easy to apply, and my hair looked great afterward. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend it. Great quality for the price!

I've been using this hair color for 2 years or more I buy it on auto and I love the color I get a lot of compliments on the color and it's not too drying on my hair and the conditioner that it comes with is phenomenal I wish I can just buy the conditioner all the time but it comes with the package in the beginning it doesn't turn as red as I want to be but after a couple days it turns a beautiful red and it looks good on pictures and I have dark hair and this is the only thing that worked for my dark hair it's hard to lighten the color I like that it is healthier for my hair other hair colors dry my hair but because this has an oil with it and a very good conditioner It made it better I must like it because I've been using it for 2 years and a good friend of mine also uses the same one red hibiscus This is my go-to color I wanted to go blonde and I wanted to go brown but for some reason I'm staying to this color red hibiscus because I love the look when the sun hits my hair it looks pretty. And the fact that it's very moisturizing and not as drying as other hair colors and it does cover my gray but sometimes it takes more color and for me to leave it on longer to color my grays that's the only thing cuz my grades are stubborn but the rest of the color is nice and it lasts about 8 weeks 8 to 12 weeks and it's still red but it's not as freshly colored red but I continue to use it I will share pictures but this is my go-to hair color for 2 years

One it's a great value buying 2 @ once. And it's a "true RED", w great coverage and "bright" color pigments. I get compliments on my hair color every time I use.

j'avais acheté ce produit pour m'éclaircir les cheveux comme sur la boite sauf que :ça éclaircit beaucoup les racine et tres légèrement le reste des cheveux.Je conseillerais plutôt un effaceur de couleur et choisir ensuite la couleur que l'on veut pour un meilleur résultat.
