On the bottom of pressure washer pump there is a white label stating use" sae 15w40" is this the same?

In the manual of my DeWalt pressure washer it says “use oil designed specifically for pressure washers as these contain a rust inhibitor and an anti-foaming agent. If this oil is not available, an SAE 15w-40 oil may be used.”
