This is the only yoga towel I could easily find that would cover my extra long Jade Yoga mat. It's just okay, really. The nonslip surface on the bottom really is nonstick; the towel has stayed in place on my mat during the few classes I've used it for so far. But, the top surface is very slippery, even after wetting it. I spray the whole thing down before I go to class, then when I get there, I put more water on, but I still end up slipping. This causes me to be unsure any time I'm stepping into/back to a pose, or for any balancing poses. I still use it, because I sweat a ton, and now I don't have to stop every 30 seconds to wipe off my mat. But it's like a begrudging use. I'd rather have something else, but I don't have the time or inclination to shop around for another stupid yoga towel. (My research took me about 2 hours just to purchase this one.)Also, after machine washing, it took FOREVER to dry. First, I put it on a clothesline outside for about 4 hours, then I lay it on my bed with two fans on, and it took an additional two hours. Kind of a hassle.

Things to really like about the towel are the XL size for my Manduka Pro mat and the absorption of the towel. The silicone grippers are a nice addition and truly do hold the towel in place better than not having them. I wish that the towel did not need to be moistened before use in order to prevent sliping on the towel. After practice begins and a nice perseration has been built up the towel is aces, however until that point I have to be careful of not slipping right off the towel. I like the towel and have no issues saying buy it knowing you will have to spray it down to acheive any sort of traction.

I’m 6’3 and do Bikram. This towel is absorbent and lasts the whole class no matter how much I sweat. I don’t slip either as by the time I get going in class it’s wet. I also bought their 7’ mat. They go well together.

Perfect for Hot Yoga on top of a yoga mat, or perhaps most floor exercise routines where body sweat is significant.

I do hot yoga 5 times a week. As a guy, I have found it impossible to find a towel that is actually does what it is supposed to do, keep me from slipping. I sweat a ridiculous amount and no brand has been able to prevent the inevitable slipping by 40 minutes or so through the class. That is until I decided to randomly buy a Pogamat! It is better than anything from the big brands and I own plenty of those!). 10 stars if I could. Just bought a second. Hope you add more colors

I use this daily and wether I’m doing HIIT, Pilates, or Yoga it stands up to the task and provides a wonderful abrasive side that makes slippage a thing of the past!

Great price, looks nice, feels nice, has a good grip, and absorbs my sweat so I can focus on yoga!

Since, I am new to yoga it was important for me to make the right choice and not waste my money.This towel was a great purchase. I was so impress that it completely cover my manduka mat and is perfect for Hot Pilates that I purchase a second one for fear they might be discontinue. Just purchase 2 more towels from the company because Amazon sold out.Thank you for a great product!!!
