’ve been using the Epic replacement filter (models B01J2LHFMI) for a few weeks now in my Epic Pure pitcher, and overall I’m very pleased with the results. What I love: -Superior filtration & taste – The difference in taste is noticeable. Chlorine taste is gone, and the water feels smoother and more refreshing—my family and guests have commented on it too. -Broad contaminant removal – It’s certified to remove up to 99.99% of lead, chlorine, fluoride, PFAS/“forever chemicals,” heavy metals, microplastics, and more. -Eco‑friendly & cost‑effective – Filters up to 150 gallons before needing replacement, which cuts back on bottled water usage. Plus, Epic offers a 100% recyclable filter-return program. -Reliable certifications – It exceeds NSF/ANSI standards (42, 53, 401 & P473), so I feel confident about the water quality. A couple of small downsides: -Slower flow – It’s not as fast as a Brita filter, but honestly, that’s just the tradeoff for better filtration. I don’t mind the extra wait for purer water . -Plastic pitcher concern – The pitcher itself is plastic, which made me wonder about potential leaching—but my tests so far haven’t shown any issues, and the clean taste makes it easy to overlook. Bottom line: If you're looking for a filter that genuinely improves taste, removes a wide range of contaminants, and aligns with eco-conscious values, this is a strong option. It's a bit pricier than standard replacements, but the improved performance and sustainability perks are worth it for me.

I purchased an Epic water filter pitcher last fall and this was my secon filter replacement. I’ll be replacing the filter tomorrow. I love this system. The filters seem expensive but it is worth it because the wat tastes so much better than the Britta system I was using. My dog gets that water now until that filter is used up and then I will keep the pitcher I guess but no more of their filters.

I would not purchase this again or recommend it to anyone, too costly and doesn’t provide enough water to be useful. This was needed to filter drinking water for two people while traveling. While the original filter worked for a few months, all replacement filters stop working very quickly, slowing to a trickle. Manufacturer recommends replacing the filters every 3 months, at $64 per filter it will cost ~$190 per year. We had to replace two of these within two months (at that rate it will cost ~$770 per year just on replacement filters, not the unit itself). The second time we replaced the filter we even pre-filtered the water with an Amazon basics pitcher filter, but had the same problem. One can buy a high-quality household reverse osmosis system for less than that price. Feb 15: Purchased standard replacement filter $54. After 2 weeks it starts slowing to a trickle and takes 8+ hours to fill, doesn’t fill the full pitcher overnight. . March 26: Purchased PureXP upgrade $64, also started using an Amazon basics pitcher filter as a pre-filter, filling that first and then pouring into the Epic pitcher. The pleated filter looks higher quality with more surface area, and that it will fix the problem, but lasts about 3 weeks before the same problem - water filtration slows to a drip. Again now, it takes 8+ hours for the pitcher to fill.

Price is the negative here. Is it really taking out all the forever chemicals? Guess we'll have to take their word.

The water is very refreshing!! Nice and clean. The filters are easy to replace

I will only buy this brand name. I tried another after market brand that fit well in the pitcher but continued to make a film in the water. Water taste better using this filter. I also feel it is the safest if you want to make sure the filter does what it says it will do. Better to pay a little more and protect your family

注文から３ヶ月が過ぎても商品が届きません。注文履歴をみるとずっと配送中となっていて、配送業者へ問い合わせができるかのようなボタンがありますが、そこを開いてもずらっと出る一覧から探せないし（注文履歴にある配送業者の名前は一覧にありますが支社ごとに連絡先が分かれていて、この商品を配達を請け負った業者がどの支社なのか不明）、メールでの問い合わせにもいっこうに返信がないし…あまりにもひどいのではないでしょうか。このフィルターがないとまるでピッチャーが使えないし、もう一度注文しても同じことが起きるでしょうし、かといってamazonの他で買える場所もわからないし。もしEpic waterの公式ウェブサイトから注文して届いたという方がいらっしゃったら教えてください（海外のHPなので不安…）。

Poor Quality. Bought the nano type previously which lasted 8 weeks. Will not buy again.

Whilst this is not the cheapest water filter out there, I do think it is far superior to others that I have tried. The quality of the water is excellent and the taste second to none. I would highly recommend. There was a previous issue regarding the length of time it took for the water to be filtered, though this seems to now be rectified and it is a lot quicker.
