If you've ever cooked bacon you know that most of the weight is water and fat which cooks out. If you took a pound of bacon and cooked it you'd have about 4 oz. left of usable meat. That's how they arrive at their figures. **Q: I see in the picture that there is a P 38 next to the can. Is that included?** A: Not as far as I know.
