CeraVe Skin Renewing Gel Oil, Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum for Face, 1oz

I love CeraVe products! I find them to work very well with my skin. I had eczema when I was a child, and during the summer and winter months, my skin can get very dry. And these products help! I will continue to order CeraVe! I enjoy this oil. It's not very oily so it's nice to use.

I recently started using the CeraVe Skin Renewing Gel Oil, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! This product has truly transformed my skincare routine. First and foremost, the texture is fantastic. The gel oil feels lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin, providing immediate hydration without any greasy residue. I appreciate that it is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, making it suitable for my sensitive skin. The unique blend of Ceraplex, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid works wonders. My skin feels smoother and looks more radiant after just a few uses. I love how it manages to hydrate my skin effectively while still feeling light and fresh. Additionally, the 1 fl oz size is perfect for daily use, and I find that a little goes a long way. The convenient pump dispenser makes it easy to control the amount I apply, ensuring no waste.

I like the way this CeraVe gel oil 'seals' my serums and creates an emollient moisturizing layer like an oil, but is not as oily and is easier to apply because it's in a gel-like form. I usually use squalane oil but I find it so very oily on my skin where it doesn't absorb as quickly, and it's messier to apply, so this gel-oil is a great alternative. Most of my skincare is K-beauty with a few non-K-Beauty additions (like Thayer's) but this hyaluronic acid gel oil by CeraVe is very gentle for my rosacea-prone skin. I have zero irritation, red, itchiness, or burning. It glides on my skin very nicely. I have type 1 rosacea and am in my 60s so having extra moisture and some way to seal in moisture is important to keep my skin glowing. Too heavy and I may have breakouts, so this is a good consistency. I use it in the mornings just as it is after I've applied all my serums. At night I use it as a last step - I mix it with my moisturizer and apply it to my skin about an hour before bed so that it absorbs and won't rub off on my pillow. There is some oiliness left at times according to how much gel-oil I use. It's fairly lightweight. No fragrance at all, which is important for rosacea. My one complaint is it comes in a hard plastic container that I won't be able to open up to remove that last bit -- there is always some left over even when it seems as if the container is empty. With my K-Beauty products, they come in jars, bottles, or tubes that can be opened (or cut open) to remove the last bit of product. Why Cera-Ve seals the bottle so you can't open it up is beyond me. Wasteful. I couldn't find another gel oil to compare with this one but I will be on the lookout for one that has packaging I can open up. Otherwise, I may order this one again and find a way to open it (I need a tiny saw -ha!).

Really impressed with how lightweight this gel oil feels, it absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy finish. My skin looks more hydrated and smoother after using it consistently. The only downside is the bottle is a bit small, but a little goes a long way. It also gives my face a shine and makes me look younger and healthier

Non greasy is a lie. I use just a small bit on my dry post menopausal skin and I shine for hours. If I use it under my sunscreen, I’m so oily I can’t wear makeup. Yes it’s moisturizing so I will continue to use it on my neck and chest but as a daytime serum, nope.

En general me dejaba la piel muy suave a pesar de tener piel mixta a grasa, no me saco ninguna imperfección aún y cuando es aceite, pero si no te gusta la sensacion oleosa que deja puede que no sea la mejor opción, como es para uso nocturno yo en lo personal no tenia ningun problema. Y lo usaba al final de otros peoductos para sellar todo, lo volvería a pedir

Ein wirklich tolles Produkt, das ich absolut empfehlen kann.Es hinterlässt die Haut hydriert und mit einem wunderschönen glow. Einziges Manko ist, dass es recht preisintensiv ist, was ich bei dem Ergebnis aber in Kauf nehme. Es hat keinerlei unangenehmen Geruch, hat beim Ausdrücken eine gelartige Textur, die sich beim auftragen in ein Öl verwandelt. Dieses liegt nicht fettig auf der Haut, sondern zieht recht schnell ein. Sehr angenehm.

Beautiful product - I have been using Cerave hydrating cleanser CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser 236ml for years and I wouldn't use any other make now. This led me to their new oil, I use it at night, I don't know about gel as it doesn'tfeel like a gel. it sinks in quickly and does not block pores. I use this at nights several times a week, highly recommend.
