Oh I love those pills!
I’ve been using them on and off and every time I come back and do them consistently they do improve my hair health! One of the few pills that actually work on me and I see baby hairs coming out so they’re effective. And they also just make me feel better. Great value and quality for money too. I wouldn’t say they have any distinctive smell or taste, and are sized as a regular capsule pill.
