No that’s a myth if you are removing peach fuzz then it won’t change the texture of the hair. If you have waxed or shaved the area then that’s will come back,

Charge it whenever it needs it,especially when you first purchase it. No button you slide the gold side bar up and it starts.

How long does it take to charge up,why does the red light never go out?

IT takes 30mins to charge up. If your red light is on all the time it is defective.
