Is it normal for the leather strap to feel stiff at first?

Yes, it is normal for a new strap to feel stiff initially. It will break in after some time of wearing.

Does the strap fade or delaminate after prolonged wear?

Yes, we use high-quality, skin-friendly leather dyes and gentler leather adhesives for the lining. If fading occurs, you can reapply leather dye yourself, and for delamination, use leather adhesive.

Can I use it with my smartwatch?

Partially, some uniquely designed watch cases won’t fit. For Apple Watches, a dedicated connector is needed.

I noticed there is a slight color difference between the actual product and the website images. Is this normal?

Yes, due to variations in leather batches and sections, it is impossible to ensure every strap is exactly the same color. Slight color differences between the product and website images are normal after camera processing.

I encountered an unexpected issue (inquiry, defect, guidance, delivery).
