Found this item very easy to install. Instructions weren't overly clear, especially in reference to attaching the camera to the mounts. (It came with both screwed fixing and a magnetic mount Magnetic was amazing, but possibly not for an easy reach location). Software through the app was easy to install and gave many customisation options which I hadn't expected. Best security camera for the money I've come across in the last few years.

Build quality looked ok everything seemed OK i haven't even got to 3 months and the camera has stopped working! Product support is dire there isn't any I've been asking for my money back for a month but nothing! Customer service, what Customer service!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I'm out of pocket with no product! This company should be shut down. Unfortunately I couldn't put no stars as you have to put 1 star.

I had an indoor camera from EVVIZ for monitoring my pet rabbit when away and this worked well, so I bought this outdoor camera to monitor my drive. There was no easy way to get power to the spot where the camera was to be installed, so I opted for the battery model with a solar panel. Overall, I have been pleased with this product. The installation was simple with options to use a magnetic or fixed mount for the camera. The power cable from the solar panel was about 5m and so long enough to be able to mount the panel in a sunny spot away from the camera. The quality of the footage is good, even at night, and the app provides simple and useful means for viewing the footage. It is excellent that there is no requirement for a subscription. There are plenty of options and settings to choose from. The battery lasts quite well, but in winter when the days are short and there is not much sun, you cannot use the constant recording mode, even for a few hours or the battery gets depleted and cannot recharge enough. My only disappointment is that movement detection is a little hit or miss. It is best when movement is left to right rather than towards or away from the camera.

Can recommend this product. Looks great and up to now is doing the job well. Solar panel is so worthwhile.

Found this to be extremely easy to setup and add to my existing ezviz system, charges quickly and battery life is very good, although I have no installed a the ezviz solar charger to keep it topped up. Image quality is very good and remains good even when zoomed in. Having built in memory means I don't have to subscribe to ezvizs cloud storage

I placed it on charge before trying to set up the camera. After 6 hrs it was still charging. I took it off change but the indicator light still showed it as charging, even after 4 hrs. I was unable to change the status to pairing mode for setup. Having arranged a return, I notices that Amazon were offering the same model but with the solar panel charger for a few pence more than I paid for just the camera as a “limited time” offer. So I decided to give the Ezviz eLife 2K+ a second chance. This one seems to work fine although I have not installed or tested the solar panel yet. The image quality is good and, when set to PIR Infrared Detection, it records movement by my cats. The recording appears to include a second or two before motion is detected, which is really good. Very please with the replacement so far. The App provides a large number of setting but, as others have noted, is not very easy to navigate. There is no guidance on how to export, a rather complicated process, but there are YouTube video (although the screen of my App are different). I will provide an update on the replacement camera when tested more extensively.

Really nice camera and easy to setup. Would recommend for anyone looking to have a camera whether its for home security or if like me, use it for monitoring animals in my garden 😊

J'ai un système d'alarme Somfy, une caméra intérieur intelligence artificielle, Je suis très satisfaite chez Somfy pour les capteurs de détection et par les performances alarmes. En contre partie, question caméra extérieur Somfy n'est pas le top. Donc je me suis équipé de cette caméra Ezviz et honnêtement, c'est le top pour la surveillance nocturne, pas besoin d'abonnement, c'est amplement suffisant. J'ai testé le branchement panneau solaire et grande surprise, selon mon utilisation ma batterie lithium-ion repar a 100%, Question sensibilité c'est très correct, question efficacité la nuit c'est le Top du top ! Après je pense que l'efficacité du panneau solaire n'est exploitable à pleine puissance que par beau temps. En ce qui concerne les sujets que j'ai pu lire, ce qui ont un problème de réactivité capteur, c'est dû à l'inclinaison de réglage, Ceux qui ont un problème de charge panneau, il me semble qu'en mauvaise saison, le raccordement entre le panneau solaire et la batterie risque d'être faire l'effet inverse, le temps froid décharge naturellement les capacités de batterie et le panneau solaire peut avoir l'effet d'absorber à l'inverse... Mais, mise a part c'est défaut qu'aucun technologie ne peut assumer aujourd'hui à ce que je sache ! Cette caméra est véritablement une excellente caméra pour le marché actuel. Dû coup, je vais en acheter une suivante pour couvrir mon entrée extérieur !!! Cette caméra placé en hauteur ne couvre pas un champ super large, mais elle couvre suffisamment de champ de vision pour protéger vos zones privée. Attention, je recommande un répartiteur wifi 2.4 sans besoin d'options d'entré RJ ! C'est le minimum exigé pour traverser les murs avec un wifi domestique pour une émission réception correct. Bonne achat ! Les yeux fermés c'est fiable et suffisamment efficace pour répondre aux besoins. Version 2k recommandé.

All’inizio ero un po’ scettico perché le istruzioni non sono chiarissime e l’app è molto scomoda, piena di menù e voci la cui comprensione non è immediata. L’installazione è molto semplice, e il supporto magnetico consente di trovare agevolmente l’inquadratura migliore nonché di staccarla e riattaccarla senza fatica. Ho dovuto smanettare un giorno con l’app e facendo diverse prove per trovare i settaggi migliori. L’app ha praticamente tutte le funzionalità necessarie, ma è molto caotica, e con qualche bug. Speriamo venga migliorata. Il rilevamento dei movimenti non fa mai cilecca, anche se non è intelligente, pertanto non fa distinzione tra persone o animali quali gatti di passaggio, quindi ne sconsiglio l’installazione su strade di passaggio, anche se è possibile definire un’area minore di quella inquadrata per attivare gli allarmi e ignorare le altre zone. Dopo un mese di utilizzo in autunno con giornate corte e spesso molto nuvolose o piovose, il pannello solare tiene sempre la carica al 100% a patto che venga impostata per registrare i movimenti e non in registrazione continua. L’app è purtroppo indispensabile perché non è compatibile con Apple Homekit (“Casa”), anche se pochissime webcam al momento lo sono. Probabilmente l’anno prossimo vedremo i primi modelli che supportano anche il nuovo standard comune per la domotica, chiamato “Matter”, che dovrebbe debuttare in primavera 2023. Per il prezzo a cui è venduta ne consiglio senz’altro l’acquisto perché fa quello che deve, anche se non è adatta ad ambienti molto trafficati.

Camera worked fine in the beginning…but then you will notice issue with the camera. Like alarm is going on whiteout some human is present. I don’t know what is triggering (settings is correct). No updates are available from EZVIZ since 2024q1. I don’t think EZVIZ care so much of this cameras and hope users buy their latest versions.
