No regrets, would buy again.
Bought this a few years ago and have had no issues with this PC. I don't game on max settings, but I don't see myself having to replace this PC for a few years at least. The package it came shiped in guarantee it will arrive with no damage. I have not had to contact tech support, so i can't comment on that area. The only advice I have is because of the open design, it's best to keep some canned air to clean out dust on a regular basis.

Runs games like a champ.
Bought it for gaming as I have a streaming pc already. Works great! Didn’t feel like building another pc so this was perfect.

Decent overall value.
The pc overall is a decent package. The RTX 3060 is adequate for most games on the market and preforms well under load. Overall build quality was good… just one rattling screw. Packaging was damaged and could stand to be a little more robust but otherwise the pc was undamaged. Cable management was excellent and the inside of the case is clean and tidy. Overall a decent pc and would recommend to anyone in the market.

Good overall
I’ve had this for about a year now. Upgraded a few parts along the way. The Thermaltake aio did die on me and it started overheating so I had to replace that. The build quality is solid though.

Bought it for flight training.
So far it has performed flawlessly, compared to my last PC, this one runs circles over it. The warranty seems good, even though I bought extra protection. I really like that its open case, and not all enclosed as well.
