How long can I store my newly shipped battery before it will become totally discharged?

If this battery is used in a camper, that is connected to a vehicle, will the vehicle charging system charge this battery?

Whatever your charging system is going to put out for charging is what this battery is going to use. I charge my 50AH LiFePO4 on a lipo charger that allows for lead acid battery charging as well. I charge mine at a steady 3.6A @12v. Full charge voltage is 13.8V. Max charging voltage is 14.4V 2hich is completely within limits of vehicle charging systems. This is just fine with a Travel Trailer or Camper.

Would two of the 100ah batteries be a suitable replacement for 24v trolling motor?
