If I had know I would have bought something else.. ### ⭐⭐⭐ NOT AN EASY INSTALL! Would have cost $2750 to $4000, not a DIY project in my case *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on 10 January 2023* The house was built in 1950, and only has 1/2" gas lines, as well as a 3" exhaust vent for the original tank-style water heater. This size on-demand Water Heater requires 3/4" gas feed and 4" or better exhaust. Install would have cost between $2750 and $4000 due to the need to replace the gas line from the meter, as well as pulling the old exhaust vent from the roof, making a larger hole and installing a larger gas combustion exhaust vent pipe. Size your system appropriately unless you are ready to spend a lot more doing the actual installation. ### ⭐⭐⭐ No parts avail on Amazon *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on 26 September 2021* This is a second thankless I ordered. First one was easy to install & works perfect. This one was a hassle. It had specific parts that Amazon did not have available so we had to order from home depot.
