Remove the ham cooker immediately and place it in cold water for 2-3 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 12 hours. This will make the dish juicy. The capacity of this ham cooker model is ideal for a solid family portion of a firm and juicy ham as well as a fricassee, breakfast meat, a roulade, a ham bacon or other dishes - including vegetarian dishes.
