This will work with control modules that eliminate DeSS keys. No programming required. The control modules are cheap. This gets you around fees to program and upgrades all in one

Key could not be programmed.

I bought 2 different keys from Amazon. This one because it could arrive sooner, and another with bright yellow cord. This one was not initially recognized by the diagnostic tool. In fact the "Test Key" function never recognized it. In programming mode, I was able to move it around a bit and get it to program. On the SeaDoo, it also needs to be moved around a bit to be recognized, but it did work. This will be my backup key, the other one is instantly recognized every time.

This product is useless. It will not pull off the dess post like it should. The coil part broke when I fell off my seadoo and the pwc kept going and destroyed itself on rocks. If you want to take a chance like I did and save a few bucks buy this item and it will cost you more in the end like me, Trust me! Go with OEM always! This company has not heard the last from me.
