If you’re after a mug that can basically moonlight as a small mixing bowl, the Smilatte 28oz Extra Large Ceramic Coffee Mug is an absolute winner. This thing is huge—in the best possible way. I grabbed it because I was fed up with having to refill my mug every two minutes during long work sessions, and honestly, I haven’t looked back. I use this beast for everything: morning coffees that last till lunch, oversized cups of tea, even late-night hot chocolate and the occasional cheeky instant noodle soup. The ceramic is thick and sturdy, so it keeps drinks hot for ages, and the handle is actually big enough for adult hands—no awkward finger acrobatics required. The blue glaze looks classy and has held up perfectly in the dishwasher, with no staining or chipping so far. The only “problem” is it’s so big that you have to recalibrate your idea of what a “cup” of coffee means. If you’re the type who likes a dainty espresso, this might give you a panic attack. But if you want a mug that can handle anything you throw at it (and probably double as a backup cereal bowl in a pinch), you won’t find much better.

12 quid for a 20 oz cup/mug is very good. Plain black inside and out so looks nice. Was bought to replace a 20 oz cup my Wife had with a miniature pinscher on it which sadly is no longer available on Amazon. We had to replace it as the handle cracked away from the cup at the top, so where the maximum load is when full. Perhaps this is a warning that 20 oz is too much for a glazed cup to cope with. Time will tell but is a nice big cup to hold a lot of tea. Great price so recommended.

Big mug, pretty funny

My word, what a whopper! Firstly, I was very impressed with the manner in which my mug was packaged. It was superb packing designed to ensure that the mug arrived safely. Full marks to the seller. The mug itself is HUGE and fulfils the claim that it holds a pint. It is very heavy, though, which is to be expected. I think one other reviewer warned that it might be too heavy for arthritic hands and in all honesty I cannot recommend it for anyone with weak wrists or suffering any form of disablement affecting the hands. When the mug is full of hot beverages, holding it by its handle might prove difficult as due to its weight, using two hands to lift it would possibly be necessary. I'm most happy with my mug and yes, it does do away with having to go repeatedly to the kettle to make another cup of tea or coffee. It does what it says on the tin!

Non mi ha fatto particolarmente impazzire, è pesante e molto profonda, motivo per cui ritengo sia poco comoda.

On m'avait offert le mug "normal" à l'occasion de l'an 2000 ; mug toujours bon pied bon œil aujourd'hui. Mais je rêvais depuis un certain temps à plus grand, beaucoup plus grand. Je suis pas déçu : ◽️maousse (dimensions extérieures hors poignée H.16 ×D.10cm), trois fois le volume du mug "normal" ; ◽️costaud, certainement car il pèse son poids, le gaillard ! Je voulais un mug parfaitement cylindrique comme le précédent, pour une stabilité maximale. Je l'ai choisi blanc, pour voir correctement ce que je bois. Bref, un très bon investissement 🙂.
