What size rope should I get if I am 5’11.5?

You’d probably do well with either a 9 or 10 foot rope. Recommended up to 5’11 is 9’, and recommended starting at 6’ is 9’

Can this be used on bare concrete or dirt ground? Do you have to use an outdoor mat?

Dear, please note that you need to wear a protective cover when using it on concrete, or there will be wear. Wish you a happy life

So how long has this rope lasted for people? Feel like all ropes are bound to break eventually after hitting a hard surface long enough

It’s a great rope haven’t had any issues with it so far but my workouts are indoors when I use it but it’s very thick and well made and tough so you should be good

Does it come with a protective cover for concrete ?

yes,it have two pcs protective cover for concrete
