4lb bag didn't even fill up a gallon size freezer bag
The product arrived on time. The bag looked beat up yet it was packed in an Amazon box and cushioned with air bags. So I'm thinking this is a seller issue not a shipping issue. The food smelled and looked good. The first photo of the food is when I first opened the bag. The 2nd photo is of the food after I poured it out of its original bag and into a Ziploc freezer bag. Such a small amount for the price. A 4lb bag doesn't fill a gallon freezer bag completely. The morsels of food were of tiny size which is good for small dogs like mine. As of right now, my dogs are turning their nose up to it. I'm not surprised because they drive me nuts with their pickiness. I've spent a small fortune trying to find the right food for them. Nothing satisfies them except Stella and Chewy but it is so expensive.

Please bring this version back. The new one is no bueno.
My dog loved this, and I'm frustrated that it is no longer available. The new version makes him very itchy.

Freeze dried kibble
I trust this brand and I’m very happy that they now have a freeze dried dog food for my Chihuahua. I was using Hill’s science diet, and I really liked the lamb formula so I now mix it half-and-half with the freeze dried dog food. My idea was to slowly change the ratio she was eating.
