Good value and quality product.
These are very nice and when all pieces are placed together equal the 9 mm height addition that I need. They adhere well and are very comfortable in my footwear. Haven’t tried with a sandal.

Do the trick!
Needed a heel raise on one side to deal with back issues. Are as advertised, came as promised. Thought I’d need all three layers but only required two. Comes as two sets of 3 gel layers. Has greatly reduced back strain due to scoliosis.
